One of our biggest pet peeves in our own personal lives is when our headphone and earbud cords get tangled and twisted often causing them to break and not work properly. Not only does this get costly after awhile but there is nothing worse then going on a long trip or being somewhere remote and then having your earbuds break. Music is one of those rare instances in life where it has a universal appeal and travels extremely well. No matter what you are doing or where you are going music is something we all can enjoy and now thanks to technology we are able to do so in more and more places and were excited to be a part of making that happen. In an effort to keep customer service at the forefront we decided to create this frequently asked questions (FAQ) to help better answer some of the more common questions we get about our products on a daily basis.

If you have purchased a product and not opened it and have the receipt we are happy to provide a full refund and even pay return shipping. If the product breaks or malfunctions we are also prepared to offer either store credit or a replacement protective cord cover. If the product is open and used with no visible damage we can also offer a partial credit towards your next purchase once you turn your old cover in.

We never say all as we have seen some crazy headphone devices, setups and cords over the years but we have made it flexible enough to cover most standard earbud wires. We also have a few different sizes to account for some of the different makes and models of headphones we have come across since initial production. If you don't see a size you need or have a custom request please do just give us a call and we can see if can help. We have done custom projects in the past so nothing is out of the question.
